35-46-1-10.5 Possession of Tobacco by an individual under 21 years of age is a C infraction.
35-47-5-2.5 Possession of Knife on School Property / Bus is a B Misdemeanor.
9-21-12-1 Passing School Bus while stop arm is extended is an A Infraction.
9-21-8-52 Recklessly passing a School Bus while stop arm is extended is an A Misdemeanor; if they cause injury while passing the School Bus, it is a Level 6 Felony.
9-21-8-55 Aggressive Driving is when an individual commits 3 or more of the following offenses during one episode of continuous driving with intent to harass or intimidate a person: following too closely, unsafe operation, overtaking another vehicle on the right by leaving the roadway, unsafe slowing or stopping, unnecessary sounding of horn, failure to yield, failure to obey a traffic control device, driving at an unsafe speed, repeatedly flashing headlights, commits a Class A Misdemeanor.
9-24-7-4 A permit holder may drive while accompanied by an individual who is a blood relative with a valid license, at least 25 years of age; or a spouse at least 21 years of age with a valid license; or a certified driving instructor.
9-24-11-3.5 During the first 180 days after drivers license is issued, the individual may not drive between 10:00pm and 5:00am unless for employment, school activity, or religious event or accompanied by someone at least 25 years of age with a valid license or the driver's spouse who is at least 21 years of age. They may not have passengers unless they are siblings, children, spouse, parent, or grandparent.
